These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of novoa.co.uk (the “Site”) and any purchase of products from Novoa (“Novoa”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

1) Company details & contact

Trader name: Novoa
Geographic address: 9 Tandragee Road, Portadown, BT62 3BQ, United Kingdom
Email: support@novoa.co.ukPhone: +44 7481 078867
Company/VAT: If applicable, our company registration number and/or VAT number will be displayed on invoices and at checkout.

We publicly display our identity, geographic address and contact details and make them easy to find, as required for online traders.

2) Before you place an order (online checkout info)

  • Steps to order: Add items → Go to checkout → Enter delivery, billing and payment details → Review your order → Place order.

  • Correcting input errors: You can review and amend any field using the Edit links on the checkout pages before placing your order.

  • Languages: Contracts are offered in English.

  • Will we store your contract? We keep a record of your order on our systems. Your order confirmation email provides a durable copy for your records.

  • Acknowledgement & acceptance: After you place an order, we send an acknowledgement email. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your item(s) (see §6).

These disclosures cover the E-Commerce Regulations’ requirements about the technical steps to contract, correction of errors, contract languages, storage/access, and electronic acknowledgement.

3) Eligibility & your account

You must be 18+ to place an order. Keep your login secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account. We may refuse service, close accounts or cancel orders where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

4) Products, availability & images

We aim to display colours, specs and dimensions accurately; minor variations may occur. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities. Not affiliated with Apple. MagSafe and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc.; references are for compatibility only.

5) Pricing, VAT & errors

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs and any other charges are shown before you pay. If we discover an obvious pricing/description error, we may cancel and refund before dispatch/acceptance.

6) Ordering & contract formation

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we dispatch the item(s) and send a dispatch confirmation email; at that point a contract is formed for the dispatched items. If we cannot accept your order (e.g., out of stock, address issues, security checks), we’ll cancel and refund you.

7) Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (e.g., major cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, Buy-Now-Pay-Later where available). If you use a BNPL provider, your agreement is with that provider and their terms apply.

8) Shipping, risk & title

Estimated arrival dates are shown on product pages and again at checkout/tracking and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes on delivery; title passes after we receive full payment. International deliveries may incur duties/taxes payable by you (see Shipping Policy).

9) Returns, refunds & exchanges

Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details (including how to start a return, who pays return postage, and timelines). Highlights:

  • UK/EU 14-day cooling-off right (with refund of the product price and original standard delivery cost; express upgrades excluded), plus a 30-day store return window for change-of-mind.

  • Items must be returned unused and complete with all accessories; bundles must be returned in full.

  • No restocking fees.

  • Faulty/damaged/incorrect items: we’ll repair/replace or refund as appropriate; your statutory rights are unaffected.

10) Warranty

Our products carry a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. This does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights (including the UK 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods).

11) Promotions, discount codes & gifts

Unless stated otherwise, one code per order. Promotions may change or end without notice. Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash (unless required by law).

12) Acceptable use of the Site

You agree not to break the law, infringe IP rights, upload harmful/illegal content, scrape or harvest Site data without consent, or interfere with the Site’s security or operation. We may suspend or block access if you breach these Terms.

13) User content (reviews, uploads)

If you submit reviews, photos or other content, you grant Novoa a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display that content for marketing and operational purposes. Only submit content you own and that is lawful and not misleading or defamatory.

14) Intellectual property

All Site content (text, graphics, logos, photos, code) is owned by or licensed to Novoa and protected by IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce or exploit content without our written permission.

15) Third-party services & links

The Site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services (e.g., payment providers). We are not responsible for their content or terms. Your use of them is at your own risk.

16) Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit/revenue/data/business, or losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control. For goods purchased, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s).

We aim to draft liability terms fairly and transparently, consistent with the Consumer Rights Act’s fairness test and CMA guidance.

17) Force majeure

We aren’t responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, courier disruptions, extreme weather, supply chain issues).

18) Privacy & cookies

Your personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (see Site footer). By using the Site, you consent to those policies.

19) Severability & no waiver

If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn’t a waiver of our right to do so later.

20) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site is the current version and applies to your use and any orders placed after the effective date.

21) Governing law & consumer jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and applicable UK law. Consumers may also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence, and (where the law allows) can bring proceedings in their local courts.

This wording avoids unfairly restricting consumer rights about where claims can be brought.
